Stress is part of being human, but…..
It IS part of being human. But MEGA stress…..major life situations…..these make human life really tough, especially as a mom when we are balancing a relationship with our man, our kid(s), job, home, volunteering, and so forth. A wise woman gave me a simple trick for managing these top of the chart kinds of stress. I have used it during a really tough period in my life, and it works!
The trick is to schedule my thoughts. Yep. It’s simple. But it’s not always easy.
